The Islands of The Bahamas are a haven of exquisite white-and-pink beaches, lush tropical landscape, crystal clear turquoise waters and year-round sunshine. There are more than 700 beautiful islands and cays, extending over 100,000 square miles of the Atlantic ocean, offering an abundance of outdoor activities, diverse terrain, world class snorkeling, diving, protected ecosystems and more.

There are many massage tents on the beach at Cabo. Take a walk on the beach and if you don't find them they will find you.

Where is the massage tent located? I am going to Cabo next week and looking for a massage on the beach, not in a spa. Thanks!

Is this picutre insinuating that I do not know how to pack? I will have you know that I too travel with a carry on when planning on being gone for 5 days or less. And if I had been invited to Cabo, I could have packed really light and we woiuld not have had to wiat for our luggage. I need one of those realzing, no stress, vacations about now.

What I would really like to do is travel to Tuscany light and cheap. I want to stay near a vineyard, maybe close to harvest time and maybe even help with the harvest as part of the vacation. I would not mind some walking tours out from a central site (can be 4-6 miles even. I want to drink coffee and read the paper on a sidewalk cafe in the morning. Have any ideas?

Second choice would be somewhere warm about this time of year. Maybe a cruise next january or so.

I hate it when a hotel charges you for everything you really want. It doesn't feel like three to five stars when they charge for everything you would normally expect.

The fifty fifty club sounds great. I am going to have to sit down and figure it out. I think that I've been to about 20 countries and I think about 40 states. I just went to a map and did a quick check. Fifty Fifty, that sounds like a great goal. I could go to Africa and hit about 10 in one day. Well, maybe by Jeep it might take a little longer on those dirt roads. That rock, I think it is the mound of dirt that the moles made in my backyard. Happy traveling.

I think I ran into the same lady on a cruise that we were on. She also said that it was cheaper than a nursing home. That would be a nice way to spend a couple of months a year. Think about it: every day somebody makes your bed, fixes your meal, and entertains you. Sounds great to me.

Traveling with kids has is definitely a different type of traveling. Our own kids talk about our trips in our RV or traveling by van to California. We took lots of trips and always looked for ways to entertain the kids on the way to wherever we were going. If were driving to get somewhere fast we would always travel through the night. I like driving and enjoyed driving when everybody was asleep. I'm looking forward to taking trips with our 9 grand-kids as they get a little older. It is like starting all over again.

That's just assuming we have 150.00 to 200.00 dollars a day to spend when we retire! I don't know about you, but I don't think we will and Medicaid won't foot the bill for a cruise. But hey, it would be fun to do for a few months until I had seen a lot of the world!
